Free Workshops on "Managing Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes"
St. John's Dignity Health will offer free workshops regarding diabetes self-management to all participants. The workshops are held every Saturday for 6 weeks. The Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) workshop includes diabetes basics, self-blood sugar testing, meal planning, stress management, preventing complications, and exercise.
